Is There Anybody Out There?

Beyond this month’s painting project, studio time involves other arts as well.  If blog serves purpose for myself and readers, I will continue it.  Many others have set purpose or offer tutorials, guest bloggers, and formats that include regular things like photo features or contests/giveaways.  I may be a little too eclectic for thematic patterns given whatever is going on.  Just a fair warning, I guess.

Gerald Scarfe painted powerful images like this one for Pink Floyd’s The Wall album

I may delve into some other areas, artistic and miscellaneous...
Dog stuff, real, model, and art
ATCs (artist trading cards) and other papercrafting.
Literary - books and research.  Philosophy.  Science!
Travel, movies, music...who knows?

Part of my journey with this is, of course, knowing my audience.
I want to do this for myself but I am also curious to know who has interest outside of what stats show me.  Don’t be shy!  Please speak up, let me know what you enjoy/want to see!

I know I really seeing good photography and reading words by others, and blogs let me
see and learn things outside of my experience around the world.  Randomness does not bother me as it is the nature of life.

Here is a cool pic of an old friend.  I love this tan pointed dog.  Sitting in the green truck by a green house, framed by the window, just seemed to be his portrait spot even though I usually see him elsewhere in town.  Woof.

SO - whoever is reading - 1) Thank You and 2) whaddaya think?  Anything you’d like to see?  Comment below or email me!
